"I'm searching for my mother's head"

In Kaduna, Africa, a twenty-two year old man is searching for the rest of his mother’s body.  The powerful explosion decapitated Bashir Adegun’s step mother, and also took the lived of many others.  He was manually digging through the rubble with his hands and shovels for days, before heavy machinery was brought in to relieve people who had been working for days.  Bashir was said to be very upset, saying that in order to peacefully put his mother in the ground for her funeral, her head had to be found first.
The explosion was never identified in the news article, and an exact number of people killed or injured was never stated.  A small boy was discovered on the third day of clean up, alive, had been trapped under rubble without food and water for days.  He was six years old, and he was recovered beneath tons and tons of rubble, but was found alive.  Many people’s limbs, heads, and other body parts were discovered.  Bringing more hope to Bashir, that he will recover his step-mothers head. You can read up on the story here.
